Lauren is amazing and so helpful. She got my 2.5 yo and 4 yo to sleep through the night and in the same room. This was after both had co-slept with us, so it was not an easy job. We had failed attempts at moving them to their own room as well. She held us accountable and gave us a plan that worked for our family. She also helped me work with our childcare provider on some concerns that I had and she validated. I would 100% recommend Lauren for your sleep goals! I am very happy with the sleep progress of my 9 month old baby. When we started, he was waking every 1-2 hours and had to be settled with rocking and/or milk, just to wake again soon. I was very hesitant to use any sleep program or service, but I am so pleased with the outcome and it was definitely worth it. Bedtime routine and falling asleep is now pretty seamless, and he is now sleeping up to eight hour stretches. Huge improvement!

I just want to share that I am THRILLED with our progress! We are now into the 2nd week and she has been sleeping 11-12+ hours straight through the night!

It is 10 minutes to 7 and Joshua is sleeping soundly in his crib as he did last night and the night before for 10-12 hours. He always slept well to begin with but when he was sick and began teething it all went wrong. We did what we thought was the right thing to do at the time but soon realized that Joshua had developed a whole new routine – not going to sleep at night and then waking up several times a night for a bottle!

I followed all of your instructions and my 2-year old was sleeping through the night (in his own room) in less than a week. The first couple of days were terrible. He would come into our room about 15 times per night. He also threw terrible tantrums which included emptying the contents of his dressers and removing his mattress from his bed!

However, by Day 3 we started seeing positive progress. I don’t have to tell you what a difference it has made in our household. We are all sleeping again and my son’s overall disposition has improved. He was always a good boy but because he was tired, he would act out at times. I am happy to report that he has stopped throwing tantrums entirely and he seems generally happier and more secure.
